NewsFebruary 26, 2007 Hello there everybody!! No, I haven't started drawing the comic yet. I'm just brushing up on my art skills pretty much, since I have been completely stagnant with them. I'm trying to force myself to draw in flash because everything comes out cleaner. If anyone knows any tips, please let me know!! For now, I think I want to try some brief bios to get me going. Maybe they will be once a week or once every two weeks. I just need to jump start my motivation. At least I finally produced enough story line for another 50 comics!! I'm actually proud of that since I haven't really touched on the story for 5 years and I was pretty much making it up as I go along. AND I actually enhance the story so that everything makes sense!! There are no open ends anymore!! Woohoo!! I need to actually get to the point of drawing it though, and I'm not sure how to go about it. Flash, maybe because I am just learning to use it (I'm so used to photoshop compared to flash... its not the same!!), is pretty hard. Its only because I have been needed to figure it out on my own. I should just give up and buy Flash for dummies... I also need to redo my links and basically overhaul the whole site. I remember the day when it was a shock of seeing Keenspace turn into Comic Genesis (cool name though). So, as for what has been keeping me busy... I am working at a full time job, leaving the house at 6:15 AM and coming home by 6:30 PM. I also have a little toddler that keeps me busy as soon as I get home, and I have online college courses to keep me busy as well. I finally graduate in November 2007. I guess that might be a hint of when I might make the comic a little more regular. As soon as I graduate, I want to start off the comic again... maybe at a once a week schedule... we will see!! ~AJS July 30, 2005 Hello my fellow ghosts. I'm debating whether I should come back from the dead. Yeah, I know its been a while. I hope my one minute skits have been entertaining you all. I do feel inspired to draw but alas, until I get photoshop again, I refuse to do anything really worthwhile with MS Paint. So until I get it again, you'll have to deal with the little gifs.
